Where are they leaving?
اکابِر ہمارے کہاں جا رہے ہیں
Where are our leaders leaving?
نبیؐ کے دلارے کہاں جا رہے ہیں
Where are the beloved of the Prophet (PBUH) leaving?
نبیؐ کے وارث، وہ قرآن کے حافظ
The heirs of the Prophet (PBUH), those huffaz of the Quran
دیوبند کے سارے کہاں جا رہے ہیں یہ
Those from Deoband, where are they leaving?
نماز ان کی بالا، عبادت بھی اعلی
There prayers are exalted, their worship so excellent
خدا کے وہ پیارے کہاں جا رہے ہیں
Those dear ones of the Lord, where are they leaving?
عذاب آسماں سے ٹلے ان کے صدقے
Calamities would be averted for their sake
چمک دار تارے کہاں جا رہے ہیں
Where are such shining stars leaving?
نبی کی سدا پیروی کرنے والے
Those who always followed the Prophet’s (PBUH) way
وہ نورانی چہرے کہاں جا رہے ہیں
Those luminous faces, where are they leaving?
کسی نے رضائے الہٰی میں جاں دی
Some gave up their lives for God’s pleasure
ہمارے سہارے کہاں جا رہے ہیں
These are our people, where are they leaving?
جنہیں دیکھ کر یاد آجائے اللہ
Those whose visage made us mindful of Allah
کہ ایسے ستارے کہاں جا رہے ہیں
Such stars, where are they leaving?
